Venkatesh comes up with another good performance in his new film but the director takes away some of the charm from this good family drama with an overdose of avoidable violence.

Parvataneni Thulasiram (Venkatesh) is an engineer and runs his own office. He is the son of a ZP Chairman Dasarathramayya (Vijayakumar) from Palnadu. The hero falls in love with Vasundhara (Nayanatara) a fashion designer. They get married and live happily.

When the hero goes to visit his parents in Palnadu, he is angered by the action of the faction leader Jayaprakash Reddy. He bashes up many rowdies and also kills some of them. Tulasi becomes the father of a baby boy. But she leaves her husband and goes away as she cannot stand his violent actions and fights with the bad guys.

Thulasi tries hard to get close to his wife and child. The father-son sentiment is etched out very well. The boy has a brain tumour and just when he is being operated, Ashish Vidyarthi kidnaps him. The hero then fights Ashish Vidyarthi and brings the boy back to the operation table. The operation is a success and the boy survives. With this, the hero and the heroine unite and the film ends on this happy note.

Venkatesh comes up with another trademark performance. He does a good job, both in the fight scenes as well as the emotion scenes. His performance alone carries the film. The other star cast is adequate but some of the characters have not been etched properly. The comedy is average. Music is good and a couple of songs remain in one's memory.

Gamyam
is a refreshingly different entertainer. The film breaks the long list of mediocre and flop films that have been hitting the screen since January 2008 with the exception of Ravi Teja's Krishna.

The film is about the life of Abhiram (Saravanand), the rich and spoilt son of a multi-millionaire. He leads a lavish and carefree life with no love or sympathy for the poor and the underprivileged in society.

He comes across a beautiful doctor Janaki (Kamalini Mukherjee), an orphan who loves the poor and serves them. She is interested in social service. Abhiram manages to become her friend. But when it is about to turn into love, Janaki learns about Abhiram's hatred for the poor.

She leaves him and goes away. Abhi now goes in search of her. He meets Gaali Seenu (Allari Naresh), a petty thief who steals bikes but is good-natured at heart.

The two set out in search of Janaki. During their long journey, Abhiram sees true life and the
sufferings of people. Seenu dies unfortunately when he is caught in the crossfire of an encounter between naxalites and police. Abhiram, now a changed man, finally meets Janaki; she now accepts his love and the film ends on a happy note.

The performance of Allari Naresh is the highlight of the film. He also does a lot of comedy and brings laughter in the theatre.

Saravanand has improved, but there is still much scope for him to improve. Kamalini's role is brief but she does a neat job, making a good impact as a kind and compassionate girl.

Music is average. The dialogues and photography are impressive. Debutant director Radhakrishna does a commendable job with this thin storyline. The film is a refreshing change from the run-of-the-mill love stories, so worth watching.

Watch superhit movie chudalani undhi
Star cast: Mega star, Soundarya, Anjala javeri, Prakash raj

Review

Choodalani Vundi is a typical Tollywood masala movie that was made with the superstar of Telugu cinema in mind. It is all Chiranjeevi from the beginning to the end, but the beauty is that the rest of the cast is not wasted. Each character compliments and enhances the role played by our hero.

There is nothing unique or special about the story - it is as predictable as any, but it is an earnest attempt to present it in a refreshing manner. The highlights of the movie are the music, the action sequences and, of course, the commanding presence of Chiranjeevi.

Ramakrishna (Chiranjeevi) arrives in Calcutta for reasons to be revealed later, and begins to live in a middle class chawl. Here he meets Soundarya, an innocent Telugu girl who is ditched by her love and is stranded too. There are few lighthearted moments between the two that are entertaining and pleasant.

The story gets rolling only after Ramakrishna saves his neighbors from the torment of the local goons. And in one such confrontation he is stabbed, and as he is being taken to the hospital, the ever-looming flashback begins.

Ramakrishna is actually an automobile mechanic who falls in love with Anjali Javeri and vice versa. But she is the daughter of Prakash Raj, an industrialist who is actually a mafiaso. The lovers decide to elope and begin to live in the jungle - they sing duets, have a son and rescue animals whenever they can.

At this point one has to mention the fantasy song, it is excellent. The computer graphics that shows animated characters and humans together is local talent at its best. But everything goes wrong when Anjali is kidnapped by her father and is accidentally killed. Chiranjeevi is thrown into jail, and the evil Prakash begins to rear his daughter’s son as his heir. And it is the search for his son that brings our hero to Calcutta.

At this point the flashback ends and it is Ramakrishna’s as the one-man army who achieves what he sets out do. Lots of action and a happy ending. Choodalani Vundi is an entertaining masala movie that is worth watching.

Nagaram

Starring: Srikanth, Jagapathi Babu, Kaveri Jha and others
Director: CC Srinivas
Music: Chakry
Release date: 06/03/2008

Nagaram is one more film about gang lords, rowdy sheeters and the underworld. Director Srinivas tries to make it a bit different from other films but has failed completely. The film on the whole is rehash of many previously released films.

The hero(?) Srikanth goes by this strange name ‘Right’. He is the right hand of the most powerful underworld gang leader Kasim (Pradeep Rawat). Right will do any job assigned to him for money.

Right assists Kasim in all ways. One day while on one of his routine missions to bump of a very big government official, Right abandons the idea of killing him as there are two children in the car, which is their target. He informs Kasim but his son asks the other gang member of Right to go ahead. The children are killed, along with the targeted person.

This angers Right and he questions Kasim. The relations between them are strained from this point. Kasim’s son is taught by Right and he is killed. This infuriates Kasim and gets all the gang memebrs of Srikanth killed.

In a parallel rack we have a honest police officer ACP Jagapathi Babu. He does not believe in law in the strict sense He dispenses jussive instantly by cornering crooks and rapists and shoting them down and terms it as encounter.

A minster and Kasim then get this honest cop Jagapathi Bau transferred and bring in a corrupt to the core cop Kalabhavan Mani. They assign the task of killing Right to this cop.

Kaveri Jha is a Phd. student and she wants to do research on the underworld gang. So she enters the house of Srikanth and his gang by stating that she is facing threat from her relatives so she wants protection for some days.

Performance:

The film is a Srikanth show all the way. Srikanth fits the role of a shrewd gangster with a kind heart. He comes out well. Srikanth also gets a chance to some daredevil stunt scenes. Jagapathi Babu as a honest ACP is stylish and also does a neat job. But his role dos not have much prominence. Kaveri Jha does not have too much of a role. She appears in a couple of duets songs with Srikanth and in some scenes. She ha s very big eyes that remind us of Talluri Rameshwari. The rest of the cast go about their jobs in a routine fashion.

There are some loose ends in the film. Some characters have also not been properly etched. Kaveri Jha helping Srikanth to set up a ‘second marriage’ bureau is also not very convincing.

The heroine is packed away before the climax – she leaves for her native place. We do not know if her love has succeeded her not. The comedy is also weak. The film boasts of comedians like Brahmanandam, Ali, Venu Madhav, Dharmavarapu, Raghubabu etc .but still then there is not much of a comedy. The music is also average.

The film is slow paced for most of the time and the climax is also lengthy. Even Manisha Koirala fails to set the screen on fire. Her items song is dull and tasteless.

Online Parugu Movie Download

IdleBrain rating: 3/5
Punchline: subbalakshmi lechipoyindi
Genre: Love
Type: Straight

Cast: Allu Arjun, Prakash Raj, Sheela, Jayasudha (guest role), Poonam Bajwa (guest role), Sunil and many others.

Banner: Sri Venkateswara Creations

Music: Mani Sharma

Producer: Raju

Must see scenes:

1. All the comedy scenes

2. Prakash Raj drunken scene with Allu Arjun expressing his agony for his eloped daughter

Analysis: Parugu movie is the second movie for Bhaskar after Bommarillu and as the trend follows it will not be a phenomenol hit (second movie of most of the recent directors is not a hit). It is all about how a father feels when his daughter elopes with her lover. Bhaskar showed the father’s love from son’s point of view in Bommarillu where as he showed father’s love from the father’s point of view in Parugu.

Bhaskar wanted to prove that he is not wrong in both the movies. One can find the complete reverse side of Bommariilu movie. I agree that Parugu is a complete different story but it lags the effective on-screen discription ie screenplay. The movie dragged a lot in both first half as well as the second half.

Note: After seeing Parugu movie, one can easily relate it to the recent mis-hap which shook entire Chiranjeevi family. This obvious relation will be because it has Allu Arjun in it who comes from the same family. Seeing this movie, one will surely feel the pain and agony what Chiranjeevi felt when his daughter went away. The audience will surely sympathasize Chiranjeevi after watching Parugu movie. (is this one kind of political entry stunt by Chiranjeevi ???? Who Knows….)

Performances: Allu Arjun is as usual cool in this movie too. His action and his dance sequences doesn’t show much difference from his earlier movies like Happy, Arya and Bunny.

Heroine Sheela is sweet and beautiful as a village girl. Poonam Bajwa who did a guest performance in Parugu has nothing to mention about. Jayasudha as Allu Arjun’s mother has no role to perform.

Special mention about Prakash Raj should be done here. He, as an agonizing father gave splendid performance. He stole the entire show in the movie.

Sunil and his friends are good and gave rib-tickling comedy with proper timing and proper punch dialogues.

Music by Mani Sharma is average. Even the picturization of these songs couldn’t add much to the music.

Story by Bhaskar is different and good. It highlighted the recent bad incident which took place in Megastar family. But this will not help much to the success of the movie because the screen play is not upto the mark. The entire movie dragged. The viewer gets bored after certain point of time.

Direction, again by Bhaskar is good but is not highlighted because of the bad screenplay.

Story: Krishna (Allu Arjun) is a happy go lucky guy who gets trapped in the family of Prakash Raj who is searching for the latter’s eloped first daughter Subba Lakshmi (Poonam Bajwa). In the mean time Krishna falls in love with Prakash Raj second daughter Meena (Sheela) and plans to elope with her. After seeing the agony and pain of an eloped daughter’s father, Allu Arjun decides to leave Meena. What happens next should be seen on big screen only.

Punchline: bujjigadi love story

Music: Sandeep Chowta
Cinematography: Shyam K Naidu
Editing: Varma
Stunts: Vijayan
Producer: KS Rama Rao
Story, Screenplay, Dialogues & Direction: Puri Jagan
Release date: 22 May 2008
Banner: Creative Commercials
My Rateing - 3.5/5

Review :

Main Story:

Bujji (Prabhas) and Chitti (Trisha) are best buddies during their childhood. At the age of 11, Chitti develops some differences with Bujji and says that she will not meet him for the next 12 years. Bujji packs his bags and runaways to Chennai. He returns to AP after 12 years in search of Chitti. The rest of the story is all about how they meet each other.

Performances:

Prabhas: Prabhas is excellent in the role of Bujjigadu. The complete credit of Prabhas should go to Puri Jagan for weaving around his character to suit the strengths of Prabhas. Prabhas was little weak of his dialogue delivery in his earlier films. Puri Jagan used Godavari districts slang to write his dialogues for Prabhas and he uttered in an entertaining way. He also developed six-pack and looks stunning on the screen. The Bujjigadu character elevates the mass qualities of Prabhas and makes him go closer to the masses with this film.

Other Performances: Mohan Babu is very good in the role of heroine's brother. But a man of his stature need not do such supporting roles as his role in this film does not have much weight. Trisha is cute and she looks very beautiful. Sanjana is alright as the sister of heroine. Sunil scores high in the comedy department. MS Narayana entertains in the drunkard role. The separate comedy thread written for Ali is not up to the mark. Kota is good as villain. Subbaraju is impressive though he keeps repeating such roles. Jayaprakash Reddy, Brahmaji and Raja Ravindra are adequate. The artists who did the role of kids in the beginning of the film are pretty good. Mumaith Khan did an item song.

Technical Departments:

Story - screenplay - direction: The story of the film is simple. The screenplay is adequate though there are dragging moments in the second half. The heroine will not come to know that Prabhas is her Bujjigadu till the end of film. It is difficult to write screenplay for such scripts. Puri Jagan gets lots of credits for his writing in this film. The characterization of Prabhas is excellent and dialogues written to him are witty. Though it is a love story, the director has given the look of action film to it. Hence, people may find it little shocking to see Prabhas and Mohan Babu becoming friends instead of waging a war. Puri Jagan simplified certain things like hero escaping from a jail.

Other Departments: Puri Jagan steals the show as a dialogue writer. His punches and one-liners written for Prabhas are worth commending. Cinematography by Shyam K Naidu is an asset. Music by Sandeep Chowta appears good on the screen. The picturization of the songs are good. The ways he edited the second song with split screens is very impressive. The style of showing various animals in a song of second half is also creative. There are some glitches in editing of scenes as some scenes end abruptly. Fights are pretty good. Making standards by Creative Commercials are excellent.

Final Analysis: First half of the film is good and entertaining. The second half tempo is little down. The plus points of the film are Prabhas characterization and Puri Jagan's writing. The negative points are excessive fights, extended climax fight and a few silly scenes (reason behind kids not talking for 12 years and escape from jail). Prabhas's characterization stands out in the film. This film is definitely worth a look for Prabhas's characterization.

Gist of Pourudu

Pouruidu is a sensitive, but hard hitting portrayal of a father, son conflict and the conflict of gangs and gangsters.
Story

Ajay (Sumnath) is a top ranker in civil service exams. He is eagerly waiting for a call from Delhi for an interview. Pandu (Suman) is his father and Ajay hates his father from the core of his heart for his violent thinking. Pandu, is a right hand of Ali Bhai ,a big mafia gangster, who is seen as doing some good to the society ,and that too which the police could not do.

Ajay falls in love with Samyukta (Kajal) who is the daughter of Dharmavarapu. Meanwhile Ajay pleads his father to leave the gang of the gangster and to lead a honest and law abiding life. Ajay believes that it is the duty of the police department and the law to punish the evil doers to the society and common people have no right to take the law into their own hands and punish the wrong doers. Whereas Ali bhai does the opposite of what Ajay thinks and also makes Ajay’s father to do so.

Meanwhile, Ajay gets an interview call from Delhi and while leaving for the interview he gets into a brawl with a gangster. Pandu gets killed in the action by Ali bhai, but after he has served his purpose.

The question before Ajay is to go to Delhi and pursue his dreams to become a IAS officer, or take revenge on his father’s killers.

And this suspense is a must to watch climax on the big silver screen.
Performance’s

Sumanth as an angry man and as a lover gives his best and is in a dilemma of Love –Hate Relationship with his father and his gangster Job. But does the Fight scenes well and steals the limelight.

Suman on the other hand is a highlight in the film as he does the character of sumanth’s father with great ease and perfection with liveliness as its tag. His character of a loyal server to his gangster boss I s appraisable.

Kajal adds the glamour quotient to the film with a slim figure and her costumes. She is portrayed as a beautiful and charming actress through out the film, especially in the song ‘Andalu Neekandhista”. Nazar, Kota and others play their roles well.

Theer is the line of comedians in the film, and brahmanandham is applaud able for his rib tickling acting and makes the audience giggles at least.

Music is done by Mani sharma, but is average.

The film is an honest attempt to look at the havoc of the gangs and the gangster leaders as they evade the law and make merry out of it, by torturing innocent citizens. and the title is well justified as Pourudu as this film on the whole deals with the day to day problems faced by the citizens from the law evading gangsters.

The violence in this film seems overly portrayed as some of the scenes look unnecessary and overboard with violent behavior. Necks are twisted as if like a burst of a balloon. And hands and legs are chopped for no reason. All this are portrayed in a horrifying manner.

The film is only average and can be watched only once, as there is nothing more to be seen except violence and a message at the end ,which has been repeated from many years in the film stories.

Cast : Pawan Kalyan, Ileana, Parvathi Melton, Prakash Raj & Bramhanandam

Banner : Geetha Arts
Music Director : Devisri Prasad
Producer : Allu Aravind
Director : Trivikram Srinivas
Released on : 02nd April, 2008

When Mahesh Babu starts his narration of the story he has the rapt attention of the audience. He introduces his friend Sanjay Sahu (Pawan Kalyan). Sanjay, a student falls head over heels for his classmate (Kamalini Mukherjee), but a few shots later Sanjay is shown attending the marriage function of his lady love with a stranger. More than a year later Ileana enters his life and the story gets interesting from then on.

Cupid takes the form of a fight which brings Pawan Kalyan and Ileana together but then Parvati Melton too developes the same feeling for the hero, but sadly her feeling are not reciprocated by Pawan. What follow next are some hilarious scenes between the hero and heroine who truly have breathed life in to this film. Pawan has not looked so handsome earlier and Ileana looks like a princess. All the scenes between Pawan and Ileana have weaved magic on screen. They look stunning together.

Mukesh Rishi pops on to the screen and he is all out to nail the hero at any cost, surprisingly Rishi does all his moves sitting in a jail. Towards the end of the first half of the film another facet in the life of the hero is portrayed. Second half gives a detailed account of the skeletons in the cupboard of the hero in his past life. He has had a bad childhood and was also part of a naxalite wing. But we are kept wondering how he could so easily dirft in and out of a notorious group of naxalites like playing hide and seek.

Well, if you want to know what happens in the end, go grab a ticket and wotch the film for youself!

Pawan Kalyan has done a good job in doing almost all the scenes to perfection. He takes a huge share of the applause in the comedy tracks with the heroine as well as with Bhramanandam. Pawan looks delectable in the dance sequences as powerful in the stunt scenes.

Ileana looks every bit chic. She looks stunning through out the film and glamourous in the song sequences. She has also done well in the romance scenes with Pawan. They look like a true couple.

Kamalini Mukherjee and Parvati Melton have not much scope to perform. The star of humor Bhramanandam has proved yet again that he is a reservior of ideas.

The director seems to have missed slightly on concentrating on the story. The cinematography is fantastic and most of the songs have been received well. You can watch 'Jalsa' and have your money's worth if you are the type that enjoys films with out the element of logic.

Ali started his career as child artist and was later promoted as hero through Yamaleela by SV Krishna Reddy. Though he played hero in several other films, none of them could reach the range of Yamaleela. Last year, Ali's film Gundammagari Manavadu gave him some solace. Though he turned hero, he did not keep himself off from his routine comedy roles. In the backdrop of several comedians turning heroes, Ali once again came up as a solo hero with Jyothi Krishna and Tejasri in the female lead in Tinnama Padukunnama Tellarinda. Ramkumar made his debut as director through this movie.

Pandu (Ali) stays in a village without any work. Most of the villagers pray God to send him away, as he is spoiling the other youths in the village. His parents Ramachandra Rao and Yasoda (Chalapati Rao and Sudha) decide to get him married, to make him learn responsibility. During the pelli choopulu (marriage alliance talks), the girl Madhavi (Jyothi Krishna) tells Pandu that she is in love with one Manikyam (Prabhakar) and want to elope with him.

Punchline: Story of a psycho
Genre: Love
Banner: Sri Rajya Lakshmi Combines
Cast: Allari Naresh, Veda, Abhishek, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, CVL Narasimha Rao, Melkote, Chalapati Rao, Jenny, Rajiv Kanakala

Quite contrary to popular belief, a remake film is the most difficult to handle. First the director has to contend with the nuances created for one language, one region and one hero. And the second is, what to and what not to change. More often than not, most directors slip in the second part. And if they manage to get it right, there is no guarantee a success in one language will be success in another.Perhaps, Nenus director E Satti Babu will bear this out.

Remaking the Tamil hit Kadhal Kondhein, the director seems to have got the essential remix formula right. But somehow Nenu does not make for compelling viewing. Perhaps that may be due to the lack of canny chemistry between the lead actors and the musical score --- the ingredients behind Kadhal Kondheins success.

The story revolves around the psychotic Vinod (Naresh) and his complicated past that casts a depressing shadow on his present. A man of slovenly particularities, he falls in love with his classmate Divya (Veda) in the engineering college. Vinod is attracted to her because Divya is the only one sympathetic towards him despite his coarse and uncouth appearance and behaviour. But, as it happens, Divya is in love with Adi (Abhishek). When Vinod comes to know of this, the Hyde-side of his personality comes to fore. He plays every trick in the book to get Divya. The rivetting climax is all about the efforts of the ruthless Vinod to get at Divya.

The film has a dark, brooding shade to it and the childhood days of Vinod, which has a bearing on his neurotic behaviour, are well captured. Naresh is more than adequate in a role that is a challenge to even seasoned artistes. He has to kindle detest as well as sympathy. It is a tightrope walk, and he passes muster. The only way for Naresh after this film is up.The lissome Veda is also good, but the chemistry between the lead pair somehow lacks the essential spark. Abhishek is adequate and so are others.

But Vidyasagars music is a major letdown; he fails to create the right aural tones for such a sensitive script. It is too loud for ones comfort. C Ramprasads camera work is pleasing on the eyes and other technical work also fits the bill.

Satti Babu has toiled manfully, but his efforts look to have been spoiled by the support cast

Review:

In his eagerness to placate the youth, the director of the movie 10th Class, has forgotten his social responsibilities and basic ethos of life. Pandering to such cheap ideas to please the young males shows the lack of character in movie making on part of the filmmaker.

The misdirected bravado with which the hero Bharat, expresses his love for a married woman, both in the face of the lady's lack of interest and in front of her husband, amounts to goondaism and is downright disgusting. Fine, if creativity requires that such a scene be depicted so be it. But the utter lack of remorse by the character and the handling of the entire issue glorifying it, are highly deplorable. The excuse that since the character is studying in 10th class and hence is immature to fully comprehend the implication of his actions is plausible. But the tragedy is, the issue is glorified and later in the movie, the hero refers to the married woman as a lover. The result: the young ones watching the movie go home with impression that it's alright (if studying in 10th Class) to barge in to somebody's house and profess love for a married woman in front of her husband and even threaten the husband.

Movies try to please the audience; there is nothing wrong in that. But movies should not digress from social norms. Filmmakers have a greater responsibility to ensure that good values are imparted through movies. In the eagerness to create sensationalism and attract audience it's pathetic that directors would stoop to such low levels.

Moreover there has been an attempt to preach in no uncertain terms that falling in love and eloping away from home is easy but then starting a family and sustaining it is difficult. But the movie does just the opposite of what it preaches. It shows that if you run away from your home you might end up getting help from a well-heeled friend, who would lend you a posh flat and her dad would offer a plum job as a director in making advertisements. Wonder if eloping and making advertisements are that easy.

In so many ways the movie 10th Class talks about good things. The Indian superstition sneezing only once before any action would prove to be inauspicious is rubbished in the movie. When a young girl falls in love with a married Srinu and confesses her feelings to her elder sister, there is good counsel followed by sane advice that prompts the girl to apologize. Quite appreciable and sends out the right signals to the young ones. The real life like depiction of the scenes is laudable too.

This is a good movie but for the depiction of unconscionable glorification of love by force under the pretext of immaturity.

Shekhar Kammula made his debut into films with 'Dollar Dreams'. Later, he ventured into Telugu films and his first movie 'Anand' starring Raja and Kamalini Mukherjee, was a big hit as it was a different from routine film. As the tagline of the film suggested, the film is really tasted like a good coffee. His next film is 'Godavari' featuring Sumanth and Kamalini Mukherjee. This film too was proved a good hit.

After two big successes, Shekhar ventured into the third movie with all new faces. At the same time the film featured the 'Happy Days' of college life and he made it again to achieve a hattrick. This time the director targeted the youth in particular.

A team of students join engineering college. Of them ChandraShekhar @ Chandu (Varun Sandesh) Madhumati @ Madhu (Tamanna), Rajesh (Nikhil), Appu (Gayatri Rao), Tyson (Rahul) and Chandra (Vamsikrishna) become good friends. As usual, the seniors rag the juniors and the juniors used to obey the seniors. One of the seniors order Madhu to come to the college in a half-saree. Chandu loses his heart once he saw Madhu in half saree. Their friendship grows to such a level that Chandu opens his heart innocently that he wanted to kiss her, while doing combined studies. Madhu's father happens to listen those words. Being a father's child, Madhu stops talking with Chandu. For almost two years their friendship fails to blossom again.

However, both of them continue to love each other in their hearts and same is the case with Rajesh and Appu. Of them, Tyson is brilliant chap and he used to do several wonders with his intelligence. Once, Tyson finds Chandra's girlfriend (Monali Choudary) with some other boy and warns Chandra to forget her. He fails to listen to Tyson. Then he tries to tell that girl not to cheat Chandra, and in a fit of anger slaps her. This causes heartburn to that girl who instigates the seniors, one of whom was her brother, and also Chandra. They bash him up. In another case, Tyson loses his heart to a senior Sravanti (Sonia). But she has some other plans to continue her education in the US and she refuses friendship with Tyson. Will Chandu able to patch up with Madhu? What happened the friendship between Appu and Rajesh? Did Chandra realise that his girlfriend really ditched him? Answers to all these questions form part of the climax.

Performance:

Chandu (Varun Sandesh): Though there are four heroes in the film, Sandesh could be considered as the main hero as he dominated all the other characters and appeared the leader of the gang. He also got a good footage all through the film. Though a novice, he performed well. Especially in the love and romantic scenes and other scenes with college in the backdrop, he showed good body language.

Madhu (Tamanna): Though she appeared in modern attire, i.e, in jeans and shirts, she appeared very homely. She is glamorous in modern outfits and at the same time gorgeous in half sarees and sarees. She too gave a brilliant performance along with Sandesh. Especially, she expressed good anger in her eyes and in facial expressions.

Rajesh (Nikhil): This is another major character that has good footage all through the film. Though he is the son of an MLA, he could not do anything in front of seniors and he provided good comedy in the movie. His language with Telangana slang is good to listen and his expressions and body language in convincing the other friends is worth watching.

Tyson (Rahul): This is another major character in the film. He is a very intelligent guy. He wants to do something in Robotics. He had good interest in computers and he used to do wonders with his experiments in physics and chemistry. Moreover, his body language in saving the friendship,

Review

Story

Arya (Allu Arjun) and Geeta (Anuradha Mehta) is a smart college students. Arya falls in love with Getta in first sight. Ajay (Siva) is a spoilt brat and is the son of local MP Avataram (Rajan Dev). He likes Geeta and proposes her. When she refuses, he threatens that he would jump from the college top. Being a meek girl, Geeta accepts the proposal and starts dating him. Mean time Arya proposes Geeta infront of her Boyfriend. Getta refuses her. But Arya isn't willing to give up on her, as he feels the Geetha does not love Ajay sincerely. He tries to impress the girl sincerely without creating a rift between the two. But Arya wins over his girl's love without creating a rift between the two is the story all about. The rest of the film is all about how he wins Geeta with his attitude and positive outlook.

Artist Performance

Allu Arjun improved his style of acting. He acted in this movie with ease and cool. After seeing Gangotri, this movie he looks better with physic and action. His costumes are pretty good. He also took the responsibility of evoking comedy, and has a good timing. Anuradha Mehta look good and action also OK. Siva Balaji also shares good honors as a doubtful lover, and suited the role of a soft villain. Vidya is the hero's sympathizer and heroine's pal. Venu Madhav's comedy is good as usual, and Sunil too did well in a cameo. Charan Raj, Babloo and the other kids in the film supported the film well.

Dailogue Kottu Guru

Arjun : Manam Premistunnam. Ante Premani Istunnam. Teesukunevallake antha unte, Icchevallaki entha undali.
Arjun to Vidya : Naku thana (Geetha) kavali. Thana lover ayyundi thanaki kavalsindi (Ajay) ivvalani undi.
Girl: Ajay already Geetha ni love chestunnadu ga. Malli Nuvvenduku?
Arjun : Neeku Taj Mahal ishtama?
Girl: Ishtame
Arjun (to another girl) : Meeku kuda Taj Mahal ishtama?
2nd girl: Istham.
Arjun : Ah ammaiki Taj Mahal ishtam, ani cheppi meeru drop aipothanu. Alage na Love kuda

Analysis

The total movie is OK. The main advantage of the movie is songs. We have to give more credit to Devi Sri Prasad. The first half of the movie is very good. A college backdrop, a dada-chamcha gang, nice comedy, 3 superb songs, and a good interval point. Second half is little boring. This movie success will completely depends on Nani, Yuva and Adavi Ramudu.
